Celebrating Local Business Women!

I have to say... I LOVE MY J-O-B! I mean I REALLY LOOOOOOVE MY J-O-B! As a leader I am required to host a bi-monthly meeting which is open to my team or ANY Thirty-one consultant in my local area to attend. We call these "Celebrate and Connect" meetings. Our Home Office does all the work and sends me a "Meeting Kit" complete with an agenda, training, videos, hand-outs AND a FREE GIFT to everyone who attends. Not to mention they send me an XTRA SPECIAL GIFT for hosting the meeting, which is super cool! We get to share ideas, be motivated and inspired by each others stories and accomplishments. Here are the fabulous ladies I got to spend my "biz meeting" with!

This is the ($35) gift from Home Office that consultants who registered for the meeting got to take home... along with a pack of 25 Summer catalogs and 40 Summer mini catalogs.... we are SO SPOILED!!!

As a leader, I also got the ENTIRE 13-piece summer starter kit (pictured below) as a gift from Home Office.... SUPER SPOILED!!!

 

Thirty-One Spring Catalog - Sneak Peek!!!

It feels like National Conference coming to the 'burg!!! We get to go to a MOVIE THEATER to see the Thirty-One Spring (Notice it doesn't say "Spring/Summer") Product Premier -- how cool is that!? I know we get to come home with ONE new catalog.... so if ya want to look at it expect to see my drool marks on it! I can't wait to see what surprise Home Office as for it's customers and consultants b/c every time I get a new catalog I think "Wow, this is the best catalog ever!"

Oh my.... I stumbled upon this photo in my "old" love2bcreative blog and found it very amusing. My thirty-one business was a true "baby" at 6 mo. old. At the time that was ALL the thirty-one I owned.....

And now I am starting a thirty-one christmas tree collection!

A FREE 2nd Honeymoon!

I was on pins and needles last thursday until I finally found out where we were going for my ALL EXPENSE PAID leadership retreat.... and then my bubble burst! It's the Moon Palace, the EXACT same resort we spent our honeymoon at 10.5 years ago!!!! I had finally gotten Tim to agree to go with me (he's not a tropical vacation kind of guy... my nick name for him is "arctic boy") and then we find out it's were we went for HM and really weren't planning on going back to for various reasons. I won't go into them b/c I appreciate the generosity Thirty-one has extended to us. So I shall look at it as a blessing.... I get to TAKE MY HUSBAND ON A 2ND HONEYMOON 2 weeks before our 11th anniversary and let him find out THERE ARE ABOUT 1,000 OTHER LADIES OUT THERE AS THIRTY-ONE OBSESSED as myself!!!!!!

Not only did I meet the goal for taking a guest with me I will have EXCEEDED it!!! So much better than a "desk job" when you work your tail off YOU GET REWARDED!!!!

I am bursting at the seems to know just where in the world we are going! Can you believe last year this time I wasn't even a Director a FREE VACATION was the furthest thing from my mind. This year I decided since I can go I will go and I set my goals and met them! And after my parties this month I will get to take someone with me.....who's that????????

National Conference I can't wait!!!!!!!

I am so excited for conference this year. Honestly, it is just so fun and exciting and inspiring I have been thinking about it ever since I left this July. What can I say I'm, "addicted to Thirty-One". As a newbie last year I didn't know what to expect. As a director this year I am really looking forward to all the training, awards banquet and getting tips & ideas from other consultants. And getting to know my roomie Alia, my DIQ in Minnesota who is growing a fabulous team there! If you haven't registered yet YOU SHOULD just click here. Linda Probst's Open House - Dec. 5th!

I just dropped of Linda's hostess packet today and we are both really excited for her party. She is going to have her house all decorated for the holidays. It will be my first "Christmas Party" this year. She said to come hungry b/c she loves to feed her guests and I'm looking forward to her treats and meeting her friends and family!
