Thirty-One's Super Cinch Sac vs. Retro Metro Weekender

One of my customers told me this is the perfect camping because she can put for each family member in their own bag. Then I saw someone put a picture on FB with sleepover gear and I thought what a great idea (says the mom of a daughter). Not all my customers camp, but certainly they all have a child that sleeps over... or dirty laundry! 

So I put it to the test:

Depending on your "sleeping gear" you should have room for a change of clothes and some jammie's. And if not one of our handy Cinch Sac. Toiletries and at the very least some clean undies can go in the roomy zipper pocket on the bag. Prior to the introduction of our Super Cinch Sac our largest bag was the Retro Metro weekender which retails for nearly twice the price and half the size! 

We offer colors tailored for both girls and boys. I just happen to have the plum on as one of my FREEBIES...same as the duffle bag, didn't pay for that either! I'm not joking when I say, Cute Bags For Free!

Love my new iPad2 Case!!!!!

I wanted a pink cover (note it is more magenta than shown in photo) for my iPad2. I wanted something to wrap over the edges and cover the front/back and be able to stand up when I am using it for recipes in the kitchen or slide shows at my Thirty-one parties. Coming with a car charger and screen protector for the price of $19.99 is a steal considering I had originally bought a shell that just covered the back for twice that. My only gripe is that I got dust on the adhesive when I put the screen protector on so now there are dust bubbles. I will have to get a new one in the future. Make sure you have a VERY clean surface before you begin. It fits perfectly, sometime I have to wiggle it slightly when I am taking a photo so it doesn't cover the viewfinder. Overall I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Skirt Purses... What's the Difference?

A lot! I personally just couldn't fit what I need to in the "old" skirt purse so I was elated to see the City Skirt Purse launched! They both have interchanging "skirts" which means you purchase the "base" in brown or black along with your choice of 1 skirt. Additional skirts can be purchased to change the look of your purse w/o having to actually switch the contents inside! Our catalogs come out every 6 months with new skirt patterns so you can always update your look for the season.
The City Skirt Purse is much larger as you can see in the photos I took. It also has a FLAT bottom that measures 5"x13". The Skirt Purse is about 3.5"x14" across the bottom but is soft and does not have a plastic insert that defines the bottom. They both have a zippered interior pocket and cell phone pocket (no zipper), both have a magnetic enclosure. The Skirt Purse closes against itself at the top like a book, the City Skirt Purse has a 3" extender so the top of the purse is slightly open when "closed".

Both purses have 4 hooks on each side that the skirts slip onto. The Skirt Purse has snaps that open so you can easily get to the hooks. The snaps on the City Skirt Purse don't open but you can roll the top up to get underneath to the hooks.

Product Review - About Town Blanket

I have to admit for $39.50 I was skeptical about this blanket.... but I LOVE it!!!!! I was first pleasantly surprised that when I unrolled the nylon exterior I found a super soft bright green fleece inside. It's a bit larger than a big beach towel. Perfect for a picnic in the park or day at the beach for 2 adult and 2 toddlers to share. Even better it easily folded up with no squeezing and tugging to secure on the velcro tabs so I wasn't frustrated "putting it back". The handle makes it easy to take anywhere and even strap to your matching picnic thermal tote!
